Spring Season Write-up                                                          April 23^th, 2009

Well Greenville headed into the Spring Season with a fairly new squad.  The Fall season had it's highs and it's lows but the key with the spring season was going to be consistency of play and within the squad which has been our Achilles heel in the past.  The first week in January was our first spring practice.  A cold time of year to start to say the least. We had a few new faces in the squad and several seasoned campaigners.  We practiced well, dropped a scrimmage to Clemson and headed into our first league game against Cape Fear on the road.

2008 Christmas Party                                                        December 1^st, 2008

 Welcome back Ruggers to the Annual Christmas Party. In an effort to get everyone together to not only celebrate the successes of the Fall Season but to gather Greenville Ruggers Old and New to enjoy the fun of the Holiday season. On Saturday December 13th 2008 at 221 Club, conveniently located on 221 N. Main Street in Downtown Greenville, we'll be enjoying the camaraderie from 7-10pm including bottled Bud/Light products, house wine and Liquor, as well as some food. The cost will only be $10 a person. Pretty reasonable for three solid hours of "entertainment".  There promises to be lots of stories, back slaps, and a jolly good time to be had by all. Come on out and enjoy! See you guys on the 13th!

Christmas Wreaths Fundraisers                               September 25^th, 2008

 One of the big fundraisers we do each year for the club is sell Christmas wreaths.  Each wreath is 25" in diameter handcrafted from fragrant Minnesota Balsam Fir.  They are an excellent wreath and smell awesome.  The cost of each wreath is $35.  These wreathes can be shipped anywhere in the lower 48 states for that cost.  They make an awesome gift. We have to get all our orders in on October 30th.  We DO NOT have to have the money by that date but we do need the orders by that date.  All the wreathes that are local will get shipped down here and we will deliver them ourselves.  All out of Greenville and out of state orders will get delivered directly to the address.  They will be delivered the week of December 1st.These really are a great wreath and a great gift.Let's all pitch in and make this a success.  Every wreath sold helps.  So if you can sell 1 or 10 it all goes towards the club and ultimately back to you.
