Gentlemen,

Well a tough day at the office Saturday. Traveled down with a few holes in the team. I'd like to thank the 12 players that made the trip down and also Rich Cobb for supplying the pearls of wisdom from the sideline and also supplying the adult beverages for the post match sideline. Unfortunately we made a good side look outstanding on Saturday. They did a great job of breaking the first line of defence and then just swarming through in support. Even though they scored a fair few points we were able to string together some excellent passages of play and we managed to score 3 tries and were close on a couple more. Matt Myers had some stellar tackling on the day, Andy Merriman made some excellent runs up the middle and Breck Warne had a Man of the Match performance at fullback. So lets look towards the next couple of weeks. There will be no official practice tomorrow night. There will be a 'Touch' practice Thursday night. We will crank it up then next week for the last Regular Season game against Knoxville. That'll be a tough encounter so lets put in the hard work we need to to come away with the win.
